Those things being high in EU scale does not equate Sweden to the US. Sweden is still a lot closer to the rest of the EU in these regards compared to the US. And you cannot deduce Sweden is a mini US based on those two factors only.

Its easy to get the ball rolling after initial funding in sweden because the taxes stop increasing right at the point where people/companies start to get rich. Sldo the culture is similar to america where everything is getting privatized and everything has to become corporate.
