Ich weiß das ist alles schlimm, aber es ist schon echt witzig, dass das alles immer noch besser ist als einfach mehr Leute einstellen, Taktung zu erhöhen und Strecken auszubauen.

Es wird halt gewartet, bis alles verottet und der Staat einspringen muss. Das + das auszahlen von verspätungen scheint als edgecase rentabler zu sein als den eigentlichen Job zu übernehmen.
