BRUSSELS (AP) — How long will it last? Will it grow? What will it mean to us — and to global security overall? Those questions echoed across the Middle East and the planet Saturday as world leaders reacted warily to U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran that may have ended the life of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
So I get that Europe is justifiably angry with the US, and this attack is against international norms. At the same time, Iran is an enemy to Europe and a Russian ally.
All that to say, this isn’t black and white. Comparing it to Russia invading Ukraine would be a false equivalence, similarly to compare the US and/or Israel to Ukraine defending itself is also a false equivalence.

There’s no other reaction they should be having other than condemning the acts of the US and Israel.
Canada just fully endorsed this attack and Israel’s right to defend itself.
